Name: James Nash
Experience:
James has worked within the VET Industry for over 20 years and in this time has been employed in various positions within a number of RTO’s. His roles have included hands on training roles across a variety of Training Packages including Hospitality, Retail, Business, and Training and Assessment. He has also held Management positions within RTO’s including Training Co-ordinator roles, RTO Manager and Head of Faculty roles. His experience has also included management of CRICOS registration and he has also had experience with a variety of funding contracts.
James is currently a RTO consultant providing a variety of services to RTO’s including conducting Internal Audits, registration advice, assistance with changes to scope of registration, validation of assessment instruments, providing independent reviews, development, and provision of documented processes to maintain compliance.
James has also had previous extensive experience as an auditor for Government regulators (VRQA & ASQA).
Name: Carly Nash
Experience:
Carly has been involved in the VET sector for approximately 20 years in a variety of roles. With an extensive Retail industry background she entered the training sector as a Retail and Business trainer. Carly has been employed as Training and Administration Manager and has been involved in managing over 500 trainees at a time, including meeting all funding and compliance requirements. Carly has also previously been employed in the role of RTO Manager, which included managing the initial registration process and required implementation of all processes.
Carly commenced with NTS as a RTO Consultant in 2009 and is currently working with a variety of RTO’s in range of roles including assisting with initial and re-registration, conducting internal audits, development of training and assessment materials, and general RTO consulting services.
